Baking homemade oatmeal raisin cookies just got easier. Just add butter, vanilla extract and an egg to this mix and you've got the recipe for delicious cookies.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 egg lightly beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine ingredient of Little Barn cookie mix. Add the additional ingredients required listed above, Mix until smooth. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º F for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let sit about 1 minute before removing onto wire rack.
