Birthday Offer Details

  • Meals must be on the same bill, at the same table, and at the same day and time.

  • This Program may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts, coupons, special offers, or bonus bucks.

  • Everyone that wants to receive a Free Birthday Meal MUST fill out the Miller’s Smorgasbord Birthday Form in full (name, email and phone number). 

  • Valid Photo ID must be presented to the server at the time of purchase (Driver’s License, State Photo ID, Passport. For kids, school photo id (ages 6-16), birth certificate (ages 4-6).

Reservations can be made up to 30 days prior. We highly recommend making a reservation to avoid a wait. However, walk-in are always welcome.

  1. I didn’t get my birthday email. What do I do?
    • No email needed. Just bring your photo id on the day of your birthday.

  2. What if you are closed on my birthday?
    • If we are closed on the day of your birthday, you may use the free meal on the next day that our restaurant is open for business.

  3. I have a coupon that I want to use. Can I do that?
    • The free birthday meal requires a full price adult meal to be purchased at the same time. If you have more diners in your party than the one full-price meal, please see the details in the coupon. Most coupons do not allow for additional discounts to be used.

  4. What if I don’t have photo id?

  5. Will you send me a reminder email?
    • At this time, we do not send reminder emails.

  6. Is this valid on the Soup and Salad Smorgasbord?
    • No. This is on the full price adult smorgasbord only.

  7. How do I get the birthday form?
    • Let the server know it is your birthday and show them your id. They will then provide the form.

  8. I filled the form out last year, do I need to do it again?
    • Yes, the form filled out each year.
